These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with hbabjee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the hbabjee platform, form the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hbabjee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing hbabjee at https://hbabjee.net or any associated mobile web interface, and by creating a player account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Where any conflict arises between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, bonus, or game, the specific promotional or game terms shall take precedence in relation to that specific matter only. In all other respects, these Terms shall govern.

hbabjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The hbabjee platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria before creating or using a hbabjee account:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. hbabjee operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit participation by minors under any circumstances. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If any applicable law in your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hbabjee complies with those laws.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on hbabjee or on any other platform with which hbabjee has a data-sharing agreement for responsible gaming purposes. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on hbabjee. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. hbabjee will conduct identity verification checks and reserves the right to request documentation at any time to confirm eligibility.

hbabjee employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — before approving a withdrawal or granting access to certain features. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made may be refunded at hbabjee's discretion after investigation.

To access the full range of hbabjee services — including real-money wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

hbabjee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment methods. The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by hbabjee, although your payment provider may impose its own limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hbabjee account within sixty seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed during support hours (09:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6) and are typically completed within two to four hours for bKash and Nagad. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully KYC-verified and any active bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.

hbabjee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same account, in order to prevent money laundering.

hbabjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out below. By claiming any bonus on hbabjee, you confirm that you have read and agreed to both the specific bonus terms and these general Terms.

• Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued on hbabjee are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the bonus terms; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements. • No-Abuse Policy: hbabjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus already credited, and suspend or permanently close any account found to be abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and collusion between players.
• Promotional Changes: hbabjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, players who have already claimed and commenced the offer will have a reasonable period to complete any associated wagering requirements.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16) — are subject to the same general bonus terms unless otherwise stated. Promotional deadlines are communicated in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

For live sportsbook events, odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference issued, the odds are locked. hbabjee reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match fixing, result manipulation, or data feed errors that materially affected the odds displayed at the time of placing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hbabjee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the hbabjee platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hbabjee staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or republish any content from the hbabjee platform without written consent

hbabjee monitors account activity using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. If your account is flagged for investigation, hbabjee may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of the review. hbabjee will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of a temporary account hold applied in good faith during a fraud investigation.

hbabjee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or a player's own self-exclusion request.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Before a closure is processed, any pending wagers will be settled according to their natural outcome and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses have been met or the relevant bonus funds forfeited.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. A self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration selected by the player (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent). Players who have self-excluded will be removed from all hbabjee marketing communications immediately. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the elected period has expired will not be honoured.

In cases where hbabjee closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full if the closure is the result of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or wilful misrepresentation of identity. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any bonus funds and associated winnings not yet released.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbabjee's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds credited during that period.

hbabjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or platform downtime
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate password security
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the platform that contained an error subsequently corrected
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or any event beyond hbabjee's reasonable control

hbabjee makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of all published odds, game outcomes, and account balances. However, hbabjee does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or entirely secure from cyber threats. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

hbabjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where any amendment materially affects players' rights or obligations, hbabjee will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address registered on the player's account. For minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to reflect updated payment options — no advance notice is required, and the updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms, and all matters arising from or relating to a player's use of the hbabjee platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through hbabjee's internal complaints procedure (initiated by contacting [email protected]) may be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree that any such arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or group proceeding.

hbabjee's internal complaints procedure is as follows: (1) submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue; (2) hbabjee will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days; (3) if the player is not satisfied with hbabjee's response, they may request escalation to a senior complaints officer, whose decision will be provided within a further ten business days and will represent hbabjee's final position.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
